Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the 809 platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all services, betting sections, gaming activities, and mobile platforms offered by 809.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. Registering on 809 means you are voluntarily accepting all terms stated herein. Users must be 18 years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to use the platform.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Accurate and truthful information is required when creating an account on 809. Your name, mobile number, and other personal details must be genuine. Accounts found to contain false information may be suspended or permanently closed at any time.
Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will be treated as a breach of these Terms. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
Users are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts. If someone else accesses your account or unauthorized access is detected, notify 809 immediately. The account holder is liable for all activities carried out through their account.
- Only one account per mobile number is allowed.
- You may not allow third parties to access or use your account.
- Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to our support team immediately.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
The 809 platform is permitted for personal entertainment and betting purposes only. Using it for commercial purposes, placing bets on behalf of others, or engaging in any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
The use of software bots, automation tools, scripts, or any hacking methods on the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to destabilize 809's systems constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
Misuse of any bonus or promotional offer is prohibited. 809 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time for reasonable cause.
- Participating in fraudulent betting or match-fixing is strictly prohibited.
- The platform must not be used for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
- Collecting other users' information or harassing them is strictly prohibited.
- The content or design of the platform may not be copied without prior permission.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policy
All financial transactions on 809 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Multiple payment methods are available for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. It is the user's responsibility to select the correct amount and payment method when making a deposit.
Account verification (KYC) may be required for withdrawals. Withdrawals on unverified accounts may be limited. 809 reserves the right to hold requests where fraudulent or suspicious transactions are suspected.
Bonus balances are not withdrawable until all bonus conditions are met. Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement, which is specified on the relevant promotions page.
- Only use your own payment method.
- Transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted.
- If a deposit is unsuccessful, please contact the relevant payment provider.
- 809 may suspend an account pending investigation where suspicious transactions are identified.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
809 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Serious breach of Terms & Conditions.
- Providing false identity information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Fraudulent betting activity.
- Suspected illegal financial transactions.

All content on the 809 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and games — is protected by 809's intellectual property rights. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes. Access to the platform is granted solely as a limited license for personal use.
Limitation of Liability
809 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, server downtime, third-party payment failures, or internet disruptions. All betting and gaming outcomes are entirely at the user's own discretion, and users bear full responsibility for any financial losses incurred.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 809 platform may contain links to third-party payment gateways or services. 809 is not responsible for the terms or operations of any such third-party services. Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own discretion.
Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute regarding the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
